These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Management Platform for Health, Human Development and Wellness Professionals. By using this platform, the user declares that they are aware of and agree with the provisions described here.

Registration and Access

• Registration is carried out voluntarily by the professional, who provides information such as name, profession, contact details and service preferences.
• Access to the platform is restricted to the professional user, through login and password.
• The user is responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential.

Data Management and Responsibility

• The professional is responsible for all data they register on the platform, including their clients' data.
• A plataforma atua exclusivamente como ferramenta de gestão. Ela pode, quando o profissional optar por isso, gerar cobranças (Pix ou cartão) ou permitir a conexão de contas de processadores de pagamento de terceiros (como Stripe ou Mercado Pago) como uma facilidade técnica -- mas em nenhum momento a Bemvio é parte na relação de pagamento: ela não recebe, não retém, não custodia e não tem acesso aos valores movimentados, que vão direto da conta do cliente para a conta do profissional, sob os termos e políticas do processador escolhido por ele. A plataforma também não realiza, em nenhuma hipótese, intermediação do atendimento em si entre profissional e cliente.
• A Bemvio não é parte na relação de prestação de serviço nem na relação de pagamento entre profissional e cliente, e não se responsabiliza, em nenhuma hipótese, por disputas, reembolsos, estornos (chargebacks), fraudes, qualidade ou resultado do atendimento prestado, cumprimento de horários, cancelamentos, ou qualquer outro problema financeiro, contratual ou de qualquer natureza entre as partes. Essa relação é de exclusiva responsabilidade do profissional e do cliente envolvidos, cabendo a eles resolver diretamente entre si eventuais conflitos.
• The professional may, at any time, edit or delete their data or their clients' data.

Privacy and Security

• Data is stored with technical security measures and processed in compliance with the Brazilian LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018) and international standards such as the GDPR.
• The Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy are part of these Terms of Use.

Maintenance and Support

• The platform's creator may access system information, when necessary, exclusively for maintenance purposes or technical support requested by the user.
• Updates may be made without prior notice, aiming to improve security, stability or features.

Payment and License to Use

• The platform is offered as a service (SaaS), and its use is subject to the billing plans defined by the platform owner, according to the available options.
• After registering, the professional must select a usage plan to gain access to the platform's features. The choice of plan is the user's responsibility and determines the level of access available.
• In proportional billing modes, the amount due will be calculated based on the amounts recorded by the professional themselves for services rendered. Billing is processed in 30-day cycles.
• Quando o pagamento é combinado e realizado por fora da plataforma, o registro feito pelo profissional tem finalidade exclusivamente gerencial. Nos casos em que o profissional opta por usar as ferramentas de cobrança da própria plataforma (Pix, cartão, Stripe Connect ou Mercado Pago Connect), os valores vão direto para a conta do profissional, sem custódia pela Bemvio em nenhum momento -- e, como já disposto na seção "Gestão de Dados e Responsabilidade" acima, a Bemvio não é parte nem se responsabiliza por essa relação de pagamento entre profissional e cliente.
• The license to use granted to the professional is personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive, and sharing access with third parties is prohibited.

Cancellation and Termination

• The user may request the deletion of their account and data at any time, free of charge, directly through the platform or via official support channels.
• For security reasons, the deletion request must be confirmed via the email registered by the user. The account will only be permanently closed after this confirmation.
• The platform owner may suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse, violation of these Terms, suspected illegal activity, or attempts to circumvent or avoid payments owed.
• In case of termination due to a violation, data may be retained for the period necessary for legal or administrative purposes.

Final Provisions

• These terms may be updated periodically. Users are encouraged to review this document regularly.
• Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new conditions.
• Questions should be directed through the official contact channels provided on the platform.
